This decree, according to the analysis of environmental defense organizations, violates constitutional principles and international treaties related to the conservation of the territory and environmental protection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Legal Action to Protect Mother Earth<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Supreme Decree No. 5390 has allowed for the relaxation of environmental regulations, facilitating changes in land use in protected areas and forest reserves, which puts Bolivia&#039;s natural heritage at risk.
