Strengthening Local Governance: The Internal Regulations of San Rafael

In September, progress was made in drafting the Internal Regulations for the Management Committee of the San Rafael Municipal Protected Area. This collaborative process involved the participation of SAVIA and the Chiquitano Forest Conservation Foundation (FCBC), as well as members of the Management Committee and legal counsel from the San Rafael Municipal Government.

Participatory Construction for Sustainable Management

The meeting provided an opportunity to review and discuss the draft regulations, addressing key issues such as organizational structure, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms. This participatory process ensured that the regulations reflected local needs and the existing legal framework.
