A RECOGNITION OF COMMITMENT TO CONSERVATION
On November 8, 2025, within the framework of the celebration of the National Day of the Bolivian Park Ranger and the 25th anniversary of the creation of the Tucabaca Wildlife Reserve Silver Wedding, the Management Committee of the Municipal Protected Area / Tucabaca Natural Heritage Conservation Unit recognized allied institutions and organizations for their contribution to the strengthening of this important natural space.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND INSTITUTIONAL STRENGTHENING
The SAVIA Association was recognized for its valuable support in the institutionalization of Tucabaca, especially for its technical assistance in developing the new departmental regulatory framework. This recognition highlights SAVIA's commitment to conservation, territorial protection, and strengthening environmental governance in protected areas.
ARTICULATION FOR CONSERVATION
The event, held at the Urban Park Interpretation Center, was attended by various partner institutions, including DICOPAN, the Chiquitano Forest Conservation Foundation, Friends of Nature Foundation, Quebracho Firefighters and other organizations committed to the protection of natural heritage.
